Known for bringing enterprise scale and startup nimbleness to complex workflows, Dianna co-founded Treaty Oak Notary to set a new benchmark for reliability and client care in the signing industry.
Driven by a passion for operational innovation and human connection, she oversees Treaty Oak’s strategic growth, rigorous partner vetting standards, and the Treaty Oak Notary Academy.
Jason Koltz, Co-Founder & COO

Jason’s career is defined by leadership, discipline, and a commitment to helping others succeed. Before co-founding Treaty Oak Notary, Jason spent decades in high-stakes mentorship roles as a collegiate football coach and high school educator, where he built cultures of accountability, execution, and resilience.
Following a pivotal life transition and health crisis at age 49, Jason channeled his coaching mindset into entrepreneurship. At Treaty Oak Notary, he leads day-to-day partner operations and client relations, instilling the rigor, ethics, and personal touch required for high-volume loan closings and critical legal signings.
