You meet a Treaty Oak Notary at a designated appointment (such as an office, home, or healthcare facility) to observe a client signing legal documents. You provide your valid ID to the notary public so that they may verify your identity. You add your signature as an official witness where indicated by the notary public.

You earn $25 per appointment for signings that typically take about 30 minutes or less, plus an additional travel stipend for longer distances. Payments are sent via direct deposit or Zelle digital payment within 24-48 hours of appointment completion.

None at all. You must be at least 18 years old, have a valid US photo ID, and possess reliable transportation.

When a client requests a witness in your area, we broadcast a text alert to local roster members. If you are available, tap to accept the job. If you are busy, simply ignore the text. There are no quotas or minimum hour requirements.
