If a member of our team is coming to your home and you have pets that get anxious around outsiders, please put them in a safe place.

All of our notaries have passed criminal background checks and are vetted, trained, and approved by Treaty Oak Notary. If you still aren’t comfortable with having someone come to your home, we are happy to meet you in a public place, such as a coffee shop or hotel lobby.

Absolutely. We will deliver documents to local title offices, law offices, FedEx or UPS for delivery. Additional fees may apply.
